Bang the Gavel provides an invaluable service to anyone who is having a fundraiser that includes an auction. The hours that they put in setting up the items, yours as well as theirs, are countless. The have a huge staff for the often chaotic check-out part of the auction that makes it run smoothly. And the best part is, you have to do nothing! They collect the bid sheets and money, and in our case, had a complete spreadsheet of items sold, amount and to whom available to us the very next day – and it was a Sunday! They are courteous and professional at the event (even when sometimes the guests aren´t!) and extremely easy to work with. They are readily available by both phone and email with questions that come up both before and after the auction. Then they help you collect on those items that were bid on but not paid for. The amount of hours that we saved not having to do all of this hard work allowed us focus on other areas of our event. And what´s so hard to believe is that all of this didn´t cost us a dime. In fact, we made money off of Bang the Gavel. We plan to use their incredible service at every auction that we hold. Thank you Bang the Gavel!!!

The Professional Baseball Scouts Foundation has worked with Bang the Gavel since the start of our Annual Event. We are coming up on our 7th and every year BTG out does itself, if you can even imagine that.
